Job summary

Premier Inn Dublin City Centre (O'Connell Street) is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead the Dream Team and uphold guest-satisfaction at the UK’s leading hotel brand in Ireland. You’ll manage a multi‑department team, drive daily hotel operations and ensure safety and brand standards are maintained.

As hotel leader, you’ll steward guest experiences, develop your team, and contribute to a vibrant culture with opportunities for recognition through a bonus scheme and pension.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance teams to ensure outstanding service and brand standards.
• Oversee daily hotel operations including bar and kitchen to maintain top performance.
• Understand the bigger picture of the hotel and drive improvements and commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations.
