The 4 star Clanree Hotel In Letterkenny is looking for an experienced Duty Manager with 2 years Food & Beverage management / supervisor experience.

The Duty Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the teams in all departments, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated person with a strong Management background.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To ensure that the highest standards of service are provided at all times
• To ensure that staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and effectively
• To manage the smooth running of the hotel
• To ensure that SOPs are followed by staff
• To communicate and work effectively with our management team
• To have a knowledge on all Food & Beverage menu items

Requirements:

• To have previous experience in a Duty Management role
