Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales and account management in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or strong bilingual capability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programmatic engagement with existing clients to grow incremental revenue and identify new use cases.
• Qualify opportunities based on client fit and success criteria using established methodology.
• Position value proposition and link benefits to client business issues.
• Upsell new DocuSign products, services and partner solutions to expand relationships.
• Process sales orders and support customer onboarding; collaborate with professional services and marketing.
• Maintain accurate account data in CRM and provide timely reports and forecasts to management.
• Travel as required to client sites and events.
