Job summary

Noel Group, in partnership with a prestigious hospitality client, is seeking a General Services Manager for an on-site role in Dundalk, Ireland. The role oversees all soft services, including catering, cleaning, and facilities teams, ensuring service excellence and contract adherence.

The successful candidate will lead budgets, drive continuous improvement, and build strong client relationships while delivering high standards of customer service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Soft Services.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship management abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of compliance and Health & Safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple services within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all soft services operations on site.
• Oversee catering, cleaning, and support service teams.
• Ensure delivery of all contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and contract growth.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and team development.
