Job summary

The Government of Ireland is seeking an ICT Infrastructure, Security and Operations Delivery Manager to lead secure infrastructure design and delivery across public services in Dublin. You will shape architecture, drive cyber security, and oversee enterprise infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.

You will manage IT service delivery, lead cross-functional teams, and advise on digital transformation and security.

Qualifications

• A relevant NFQ Level 7/8 computing qualification with hands-on ICT infra, security and operations experience.
• NFQ Level 8 with honours and 3+ years hands-on ICT infra experience.
• NFQ Level 8 with computing modules in final year and 5+ years hands-on ICT infra experience.
• At least 8 years of relevant ICT infra experience with a Level 6 qualification or two industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of secure infrastructures and services meeting business needs and Cyber Security Baseline Standard Framework.
• Lead enterprise/information/technical architecture, infrastructure and service delivery framework implementations and roadmaps.
• Manage design, implementation and support of secure end-to-end infrastructures across on-premise and cloud, serving users.
• Lead IT service management, security and operations delivery to ensure high-quality service for internal and external users.
• Develop and lead ICT/cyber security programmes and promote digital transformation initiatives.
