The Panel in Dublin is partnering with an independent specialist to appoint a Designated Person for Operational Risk (PCF-39B). You will lead the risk framework, risk registers and incident logs, while engaging directly with the Board and regulator.

The role involves outsourcing oversight, DORA readiness, and rolling out a new GRC system, with hybrid work and three days in the office. You’ll report to the CEO, have access to the Board and Risk Committee Chair, and influence how the function

Qualificações

• Extensive operational risk experience in Irish-regulated financial services.
• Track record of building and running an operational risk framework.
• Strong knowledge of outsourcing, CP86 and CBI operational resilience guidance.
• Confidence writing for boards and engaging with the regulator.
• A relevant degree, plus the right to work in Ireland.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operational risk framework, risk register, KRIs and incident log.
• Oversee third-party risk, including due diligence of administrators and depositaries.
• Manage ICT risk and DORA compliance; maintain information incident reporting.
• Oversee operational resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Lead selecting and rollout of a new GRC system.
• Prepare quarterly Board reporting and engage with the Central Bank.
