Bank of China Europe, Dublin Branch, is seeking a Relationship Manager Associate to join its Corporate Banking team. The role focuses on sourcing new clients, achieving revenue and growth targets, and managing end-to-end loan transactions with rigorous credit analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, management, finance, economics or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in corporate banking with an international bank.
• Pro-active, structured, professional and cooperative.
• Familiar with corporate banking workflow and sales experience.
• Strong connections with local banking network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source for and acquire new clients within market and refer potential clients to other marketing teams or segments.
• Meet revenue targets and other quantitative targets like account growth and fee income ratio.
• Be accountable for end-to-end execution of transaction proposals including origination, credit analysis, internal loan approval and post-loan management.
• Perform commercial and credit analysis with qualitative/quantitative due diligence and stress testing.
• Assist in preparation of comprehensive credit applications for internal approval.
• Participate in meetings with customers and market participants to facilitate due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with internal partners and external market participants.
• Portfolio monitoring including timely review of financial reports and market trends.
• Support culture of high performance, customer focus and compliance.
• Monitor adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
