Job summary

Bank of America in Dublin seeks a Credit Analyst I to manage a client portfolio for local subsidiaries of multinational clients, coordinating credit processes and ensuring timely documentation. You will review and negotiate loan agreements, interface with global credit teams and external clients, and support local approvals.

Qualifications

• University graduate with knowledge of corporate banking products.
• Experience reading/interpretation of loan agreements and documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Independent administration of a client portfolio facilitating credit for local subsidiaries of multinational clients.
• Facilitate preparation, negotiation & completion of credit documents & loan agreements
• Direct interface with global credit teams, local subsidiary banking team & external clients
• Drive through completion of credit deals in a timely manner.
• Help manage and adhere to the local Legal Entity approval and booking process, coordinating with Tax, Legal, Finance, Compliance & local Management teams where requires.
