Job summary

nbxTalent is seeking a CSA Construction Project Manager to lead refurbishment and fit-out projects in the greater Dublin area. You will manage programmes, coordinate installation works, and liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure delivery on time and to spec.

Ideal candidates have a civil engineering or construction management qualification, 5+ years of commercial build experience, strong health and safety knowledge in Ireland, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Construction qualification to higher diploma/degree level in civil engineering or construction management.
• Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Health & Safety legislation in Ireland.
• 5+ years of commercial build, refurbishment and fit-out experience preferred.
• Strong construction commercial knowledge; proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage programme of works, monitor progress, coordinate submittals, and issue weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate installation works across trades and liaise with operations, suppliers, clients, and project teams.
• Attend project-related meetings and maintain minutes and records.
• Travel between projects mainly in the Dublin/Leinster area with occasional travel elsewhere.
• Proactively enhance service delivery and support Construction Manager in client relations.
