Job summary

Elite Talent Hub LTD Recruitment is seeking an External Sales Representative to grow the Dublin client base and drive sales performance. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and promote products in the construction sector to meet targets.

The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships, achieving sales goals, and providing excellent customer service across the Dublin area. Strong product knowledge and proactive selling are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of building materials and timber products.

Responsibilities

• Represent and promote the company’s product range across Dublin area.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships and high satisfaction.
• Source and follow up on new business leads, including cold calling and referrals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics in line with company objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and provide insights on market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and resolution of client queries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
