Consulting Vanuatu Limited seeks a Banking & Finance Associate in Dublin with 1–4 years PQE to advise on a wide range of financing transactions for banks, lenders, investors and corporate borrowers.

You will handle secured lending, corporate lending, real estate finance and cross-border matters, drafting and negotiating finance docs while coordinating multiple workstreams within a collaborative, internationally connected practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 1–4 years' PQE in Banking & Finance.
• Experience advising on banking and finance transactions.
• Strong drafting and attention to detail.
• Commercially minded with pragmatic advice.

Responsibilities

• Advise banks and lenders on financing transactions.
• Work on secured, corporate, real estate and development finance.
• Draft, review and negotiate finance documents.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and client relationships.
• Collaborate with international colleagues on cross-border matters.
• Support business development and growth of the practice.
