Qualifications
- Significant post-qualification experience in Banking & Finance law.
- Proven track record advising on acquisition, real estate, and corporate finance transactions.
- Established professional network with business development capability.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a pragmatic approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead on banking and finance transactions for domestic and international clients.
- Advise on acquisition, development, real estate and corporate finance transactions.
- Manage secured and unsecured lending, refinancing, and syndicated lending.
- Develop and implement growth strategy for the Banking & Finance practice.
- Mentor junior lawyers and support business development initiatives.
