Job description

My client are an International firm, with a strong and well established Dublin operation where they cover most practice areas.

They have a particularly strong financial services team and are looking to make a number of hires over the next number of months. This department sits between their corporate and leading funds advisory group.

In this role, you’ll guide both financial institutions and corporate borrowers through every stage of complex transactions, advising on corporate debt facilities, acquisition financing, leveraged structures, and cross-border restructurings.

A major focus includes leading real estate financing across investment and development projects, with specialized focus on QIAIF structures, portfolio loan sales, fund finance, and sustainable financing initiatives.

Beyond technical execution, you’ll take ownership of high-value transactional deals from inception to closing while nurturing key relationships across domestic and international banking sectors.
