Walkers is seeking an Associate for its Asset and Aviation Finance Group in Dublin. You will join a dynamic, growing team advising banks, aircraft owners and financiers on innovative cross-border transactions.

Ideal candidates have 1-4 years of PQE in asset and aviation finance or related fields, with strong drafting, analytical and communication skills, and eligibility for an Irish practising certificate.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyers with 1-4 PQE in asset and aviation finance or related fields.
• Strong drafting, analytical and commercial skills.
• Eligible for an Irish practising certificate and able to relocate to Ireland.

Responsabilités

• Advise banks, financial institutions, lessors, aircraft owners and financial arrangers on complex asset and aviation transactions.
• Work closely with partners and associates on multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Deliver high-quality work for top-tier clients in Ireland and globally.
