Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland Ireland is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years' PQE to join our market-leading Banking & Finance team in Dublin. You will advise banks, lenders and borrowers on complex cross-border transactions, across real estate finance, development finance and corporate lending.

You will work in a collaborative, ambitious team recognised for high-profile deals and global resources, with opportunities for client exposure and career progression in an international practice.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' post-qualification experience in Banking & Finance
• Experience advising on banking and finance transactions across sectors
• Strong drafting, attention to detail and commercial judgement

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of financing matters for banks, lenders and borrowers
• Take on meaningful responsibility early and work directly with clients
• Collaborate with market-leading colleagues across Ireland and internationally
