Job summary

Friel Stafford is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our insolvency, corporate advisory, and restructuring team in Dublin 2. You will provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support, ensuring the smooth running of the practice.

The ideal candidate has at least three years’ experience in an administrative or similar professional services role, with excellent organisational and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Three years’ experience in an administrative or similar professional services role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Professional and discreet approach with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and organising company records, files and documentation.
  • Preparing, updating and managing information across internal and online systems.
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the professional team.
  • Managing incoming telephone and email enquiries in a professional and responsive manner.
  • Preparing correspondence and documentation.
  • Assisting with diary management, meetings and appointments.
  • Supporting the team with general office administration and the efficient management of client matters.
