Job summary

Property Finder, the leading UAE/MENA property portal, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our product-led growth. You will own the roadmap, drive discovery to delivery, and work with SEO, data science, engineering, design and marketing to scale organic and paid performance.

This is a senior, hands-on role requiring a quantitative mind, end-to-end product experience, and the ability to articulate growth to executives.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in product, most of it on consumer products at scale.
• At least three years in a growth role with owner-ship of metrics.
• Quantitative by training; strong data and analytics mindset.
• End-to-end product experience: discovery, research, specs, prioritisation, experiments.
• Hands-on with SEO and performance marketing; understands attribution.
• Familiar with AI workflows and agentic research methods.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the product-led growth roadmap from discovery to delivery.
• Grow organic reach via pages, tools and content surfaces; enable sharing.
• Design first sessions to accelerate value and drive return visits.
• Turn reviews, questions and local knowledge into product features.
• Run disciplined experimentation with guardrails and clear readouts.
• Collaborate with SEO, data science, engineering, design and marketing.
