Job summary

Betterhomes in Dubai is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our high-energy team. You will call landlords and sellers daily, take great photos, write listings, and network with landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants to match leasing needs.

Expect uncapped earnings with commissions, extensive marketing and admin support, industry-leading training, relocation assistance including visa and medical insurance, plus incentives like overseas trips and team events as you grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven sales experience in a client-facing role.
• Fluent English required.
• Valid driving license.
• Proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
