Enterprise Registry Solutions Limited in Dublin (Hybrid) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our product team and shape roadmaps that deliver measurable value for customers and the business.

You will own product discovery, work with UX, engineering, and QA, and translate regulatory and operational needs into intuitive digital products. A Bachelor's degree and 3–7+ years in product management are preferred, with a track record in Agile environments.

Qualifications

3–7+ years of experience in Product Management, or a related role, within a technology‑driven environment.
Proven track record of successfully delivering products or features from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
Experience contributing to product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization based on customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and delivery teams.
Strong understanding of product discovery, customer research, user testing, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Experience using product analytics and performance metrics to measure success and inform product improvements.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple business functions and influence decision‑making at various organisational levels.
Strong commercial awareness with experience balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business outcomes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Experience managing competing priorities and making informed trade‑off decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with product strategy and desired outcomes.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that provide clarity to delivery teams.
Work closely with UX, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams throughout the product lifecycle to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Participate in agile ceremonies and provide ongoing product direction and business context to development teams.
Support product releases, adoption activities, and successful go‑to‑market execution.
Define and monitor product success metrics, using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
