The River Lee Hotel, part of The Doyle Collection, invites you to join our Front Office team as a Doorperson/Concierge in Cork. You will welcome guests, assist with local queries, and help with luggage, delivering a warm, personalised service at all times.

A new opportunity has become available to join our Front Office team as a Doorperson/Concierge at The River Lee Hotel. The Doorperson/Concierge is the front face of the hotel, providing a warm and authentic welcome to all our guests.

As a Doorperson/Concierge, you will be warm and welcoming, always ready to greet our guests with a smile. You will have a great knowledge of the hotel, the local area and beyond, and will be able to assist guests with queries relating to the locale. You will ensure that our guests feel seen from the moment they arrive, and will not hesitate to help with luggage on arrival and departure.

This is a full-time position, and candidates must be eligible to work 40 hours per week throughout the year.
