Job summary

Cpl Group in Ireland is seeking a Document Controller for a maternity cover (10 months) to manage the project Document Management System and Digital Field Tool, implement the IM strategy and train project teams.

You will ensure documentation is received, classified, verified and distributed per DPD procedures and ISO 19650/ BS1192 / PAS1192 standards across the site, supporting ISM guidance and project meetings.

Qualifications

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of ISO 19650, BS 1192 and PAS 1192 standards.
• Experience with digital field tools such as FV or Dalux is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and curate project documentation and IM workflows.
• Maintain central site files, registers, and related project documentation.
• Configure change control and distribution matrices for project data.
• Provide training and user support for project teams on IM tools.
