Job summary

Murphy is seeking a Detail-oriented Document Controller to join our Natural Resources team in the Dublin area. The role focuses on maintaining centralized document control for construction documentation, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and timely distribution.

You will manage obsolete documents, verify details, and support on-site commercial administration. Aconex/ProjectWise familiarity and strong IT skills are essential to succeed in this environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional Document Control and/or Administration department.
• Knowledge of IT systems: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access.
• Knowledge of EDMS such as Aconex, ProjectWise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain document control as the focal point for construction documentation.
• Administer document control per contract requirements and timescales.
• Complete obsolete/superseded/withdrawn documents and ensure proper disposition.
• Quality check documents for typographical/formatting errors to maintain professionalism.
• Assist with on-site commercial administration tasks like tracking allocation sheets.
