Job summary

Steering Point in Dublin is seeking a Director to lead the Transaction Services team, overseeing the review and analysis of financial information of target companies prepared for a transaction.

You will coordinate projects with Irish and international colleagues, present to clients and key stakeholders, and liaise with legal advisers to ensure successful deal completion, while actively developing the local business network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in Transaction Services and/or Corporate Finance advisory in Ireland / UK
• Strong commercial awareness and organisational ability
• Confidence in dealing with multiple stakeholders throughout a transaction
• Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to new challenges and find solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and analysis of financial information of target companies preparing for a transaction
• Lead and coordinate projects, collaborating with Irish and international colleagues
• Lead presentations and interactions with clients and key stakeholders throughout engagements
• Liaise with legal and other professional advisers to support the successful completion of transactions
• Play a key role in business development efforts, actively developing and nurturing a local network in the professional and business community
