Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking a methodical risk professional to lead third-party risk assessments in Dublin City Centre. The role focuses on evaluating supplier services, corporate structures and dependencies, coordinating background checks and documenting outcomes.

The candidate will work with information security, compliance, legal, finance and IT teams to manage risks across the supplier lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience assessing third-party relationships, supplier onboarding and risk classification.
• Ability to conduct due diligence, populate risk scores and maintain audit trails.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations for outsourcing, ICT risk and operational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate information related to supplier services, corporate structures and data access.
• Coordinate supplier background checks and ownership reviews.
• Determine inherent risk ratings and update assessments as circumstances change.
• Examine supplier documentation and evidence to establish strength of supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with information security, compliance, legal and risk teams.
• Monitor remediation plans, approvals and risk acceptances.
