Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years leading technology strategy or large-scale programs.
• Proven ability to align initiatives into a coherent enterprise strategy.

• Own connected technology strategy across eight Digital Core Platforms.
• Lead ELT-level AI programs with clear owners and delivery models.
• Oversee Senior Technical Architects and ensure architecture quality.
