• Requires 12+ years of leadership experience in technology strategy, business partnership, or large-scale program delivery.
• Proven ability to align business-division technology needs with enterprise platforms and standards.
• Experience leading senior technical talent and advising senior business and Digital leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between business divisions and Digital, aligning technology direction with platform adoption.
• Align divisional technology needs with eight Digital Core Platforms and digital standards to drive reuse and clean integration.
• Oversee a team of Director-level Technical Specialists and lead Architecture Review Board activities.
• Provide clear leadership and structured communication across divisions, specialists, and stakeholders.
• Establish governance for digital standards, reliability, security, and operational excellence across divisional technology.
