Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
• Develop integrated transformation roadmaps aligned with priorities and goals.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Establish governance to monitor progress, risks, outcomes, and program performance.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and Development stakeholders.
• Influence and lead matrix teams to deliver complex initiatives without direct authority.
• Implement scalable operating models, processes, and ways of working that enhance performance.
• Champion change adoption through communication, capability building, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize execution and transformation outcomes.
