Job summary

Amgen seeks a Client Facing Associate Director for Operations Technology at the Dun Laoghaire site in Ireland. You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering IT/OT solutions across manufacturing, quality, lab operations, and supply chain information systems aligned with Industry 4.0 principles.

You will drive digital manufacturing initiatives, oversee lifecycle management of platforms, and partner with corporate groups to advance AI and analytics capabilities in a fast-growing biopharma

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 6+ years of information systems or manufacturing technology experience.
• 6 years of managerial experience directing teams and resources.
• 10+ years of information systems and/or manufacturing technology experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and translating business requirements into product backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client-facing operations technology department at the Dun Laoghaire site.
• Develop and implement strategies for site installations of corporate computing systems.
• Hire, mentor, and deploy technology professionals to support site functions.
• Collaborate with corporate technology groups to harmonise practices and support.
