Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in medical product development management.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Experience leading technical teams >15 people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Advanced Engineering team across roadmaps and projects, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Drive the PROPELUS operating model for prototyping and early development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Operations and PMO to align priorities with customer needs.
