Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of applicable professional experience.
• Experience leading projects involving new product or technology introduction.
• Direct people management experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare markets and competitors.
• Experience delivering programs or business objectives on time, within budget, and to quality requirements.

• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, aligning with business objectives and project goals.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to engineers and cross-functional partners.
• Support customer-focused activities, including Voice of Customer initiatives and customer-centric design efforts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, design controls, procedures, and project documentation standards.
