Job summary

ACCPRO is seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our client’s growing team in Ireland. You will report to the CEO and lead operational excellence across a portfolio of venues.

Key responsibilities include developing standardised policies, guiding General Managers on training and performance, driving projects, and ensuring financial performance while complying with health, safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within multi-site hospitality, entertainment or venue operations.
• Leading and developing senior management teams.
• Strong operational and financial management capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardised policies and procedures to ensure consistency across venues.
• Provide support and guidance to venue General Managers on training, recruitment, performance.
• Assisting with both ongoing and new projects across venues.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure financial and commercial performance/profitability.
