Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative strategy within marketing agency or brand environment.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator-led campaigns.
• Ability to develop original concepts, write compelling scripts, and translate objectives into engaging ideas.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems and audience engagement.
• Analytical skills to interpret KPIs and optimise campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of influencer marketing strategies across DACH.
• Oversee creator-related processes and collaboration with influencers throughout planning and execution.
• Develop engaging creative concepts, briefs, and scripts aligned with brand objectives.
• Translate marketing objectives into creator-led campaigns, ensuring creative consistency with brand positioning.
• Work with founders to refine creative strategies and contribute to growth of business and clients.
• Monitor KPIs, evaluate results, and identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness.
• Analyse content assets to identify successful formats and partnerships.
• Stay informed on trends and new creator opportunities to maintain competitive edge.
• Apply insights from performance and training to refine processes and scale influencer operations.
