You will collaborate with founders, translate insights into compelling concepts, and drive creative strategies across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end creative process for leading brands in the DACH market.
• Develop innovative concepts and content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Write scripts for organic social content, ads and campaigns.
• Collaborate with founders to align creative with broader strategies.
• Analyze campaign KPIs and content performance for improvements.
• Test and optimize assets, messaging and formats for engagement.
• Monitor social trends to inform creative decisions.
