Job summary

S64 is seeking an experienced Director of Fund Operations & Fund Control to lead fund accounting, reporting, and oversight across private markets structures. You will drive scalable operating models, leverage technology and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency, risk management and client service.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of fund operationsLeadership/management experience in funds
• Experience with Cayman-domiciled structures and Luxembourg funds
• Proven ability to oversee fund accounting, NAV reviews and financial reporting
• Experience coordinating with fund administrators, auditors and service providers
• Strong governance, risk management and regulatory compliance capabilities
• Track record implementing operating model improvements and AI-enabled processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting, financial reporting and NAV validation
• Manage capital activity, subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls and distributions
• Lead interactions with fund administrators, auditors and service providers
• Design scalable operating models across jurisdictions and product structures
• Ensure regulatory, governance and reporting obligations are met
• Drive operational transformation and technology initiatives
