Job summary

Pontoon is seeking a Director, Compliance & Control Manager to oversee the Dublin Branch compliance function and regulatory liaison with the Central Bank of Ireland. You will execute the compliance plan, advise management, and lead a team to ensure robust controls and governance.

You will address data protection issues, coordinate with authorities, and contribute to governance processes, shaping risk management and regulatory adherence across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a compliance leadership role within financial services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance programmes.
• Excellent communication skills with senior management and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Compliance Function for the Dublin Branch.
• Serve as primary contact with the Central Bank of Ireland.
• Execute the compliance plan and advise on regulatory risks.
• Oversee testing of controls and resolution of compliance issues.
• Act as Data Protection Lead and coordinate with authorities.
• Contribute to governance through entity committees.
