Job summary

Invesco Ltd. in Dublin seeks a Senior Compliance Executive / Compliance Manager to safeguard and shape the Irish regulatory framework. You will partner with the Head of Compliance Ireland, engage with the Central Bank of Ireland, and support governance across the organisation to promote a strong culture of compliance.

The role covers regulatory change initiatives, governance forums, AML oversight, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Compliance or related role within Funds or Asset Management.
• Knowledge of the Irish regulatory framework, including UCITS, CP86, AML requirements, Fitness & Probity, and Individual Accountability Framework.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional compliance qualification (e.g. LCOI) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Company’s Regulatory Compliance framework and governance responsibilities.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory enquiries and Central Bank of Ireland requests.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive governance forums and regulatory actions.
• Oversee AML/CTF framework and ensure regulatory obligations are met.
• Provide day-to-day compliance guidance to business stakeholders and translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on the business; provide recommendations for implementation.
• Contribute to Compliance reports for senior management, governance committees and the Board.
