Trinity Development & Alumni (TDA) at Trinity College Dublin is recruiting a Direct Marketing and Telephone Campaigns Officer to deliver our telephone campaign programme and support donor communications.

This hybrid, full-time role reports to the Direct Marketing Manager and requires at least four years’ experience in direct marketing or fundraising, proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office, and strong organisational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years' experience in direct marketing or fundraising.
• Experience with bespoke databases/CRM systems.
• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver TDA’s global telephone campaign programme to recruit and retain donors.
• Recruit and manage student callers for telephone campaigns.
• Support regular giving, mid-level and legacy donor appeals.
• Collaborate with teams to gather content and report impact.
• Analyse data, produce reports, ensure data compliance.
• Manage campaign budgets to maximise ROI.
