Job summary

Close Brothers in Dublin is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support external and internal campaigns, content creation and brand initiatives. You will coordinate activities, manage materials, website updates, social content and campaign performance, and provide end-to-end administrative support for events and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of external and internal marketing campaigns, communications, and content that enhance brand awareness and business growth.
• Coordinate marketing activities, including approvals, website updates, social content, and campaign performance tracking.
• Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and internal initiatives with end-to-end administrative support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Lending, and other teams, and with external agencies to develop materials and communications.
• Provide day-to-day marketing operations support, including supplier management, invoices, research, and compliance with financial promotions requirements.
