Job summary

Centra in Ireland is seeking a capable diner supervisor to oversee the smooth running of our diner and ensure top customer service and fresh food offerings. You will work with the team to set and achieve sales targets, manage rostering and leave, and maintain accurate records while upholding diner policies.

You will need 1+ years in a fast-food environment, strong Excel/Word skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a fast-food environment.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting and multitask under pressure.
Understanding how to achieve KPIs and targets.
Strong ability to read and act on reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
Highly driven with a strong work ethic.
Customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth running of the diner.
Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets with the team on gross and net margins, waste, and other KPIs."
Manage employee rostering and annual leave and maintain accurate records.
Ensure diner merchandising and presentation meet high standards and planograms.
Promote clear communication between staff and management in a safe, respectful environment.
Handle customer queries efficiently and in line with diner policy.
Engage with new initiatives and adapt to new ways of working.
