Job summary

Prosperity, an established Irish business in the healthcare sector, seeks a Digital Transformation Lead for a three-month contract to rapidly assess its technology environment and implement stronger structures.

You will review ERP, integrations and data architecture, documenting configurations and processes, while guiding governance and knowledge retention. The role works with technical and business stakeholders to deliver tangible improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital transformation, ERP, business systems, BI or data disciplines.
• NetSuite experience is highly desirable; other ERP platforms ok.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, REST APIs and BI/reporting (Power BI).
• Proven ability to document and govern technical environments with best practices.
• Capable of independent work and clear recommendations with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review ERP, integrations, data environment and technical processes to identify risks and opportunities.
• Assess how well current systems support the business and suggest improvements on governance, maintainability and continuity.
• Document configurations, integrations, workflows, data flows and operating procedures for knowledge retention.
• Review development and change-management practices; support governance and standards.
• Support BI function setup with clear processes for knowledge transfer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver prioritised recommendations.
