Job summary

The Panel is seeking a Technology Transformation Programme Manager to orchestrate a programme that connects IT infrastructure, digital solutions and systems integration across the business. You will lead multiple interconnected projects delivering better planning, resource allocation and profitability.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of experience in digital transformation within manufacturing or related sectors, with a proven track record in end-to-end delivery and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 8–12 years leading business or technology transformation programmes in manufacturing/construction/operations.
• End-to-end transformation delivery with measurable impact on decisions and efficiencies.
• Systems integration, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation background.

In this role you will lead the transformation programme connecting IT infrastructure, digital solutions, systems integration, and adoption. Orchestrate multiple interconnected projects delivering business outcomes: better planning, resource allocation, and profitability.

• End-to-end transformation delivery with measurable impact which clearly improves business decisions, leads to greater operational efficiencies and effectiveness.

• Track record managing multiple interconnected projects
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management
• Strong third party / IT partners engagement
