Job summary

The Panel is seeking a Technology Transformation Programme Manager to orchestrate a programme that connects IT infrastructure, digital solutions and systems integration across the business. You will lead multiple interconnected projects delivering better planning, resource allocation and profitability.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of experience in digital transformation within manufacturing or related sectors, with a proven track record in end-to-end delivery and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 8–12 years leading business or technology transformation programmes in manufacturing/construction/operations.
• End-to-end transformation delivery with measurable impact on decisions and efficiencies.
• Systems integration, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation background.

Responsibilities

• Review, design and own the digital transformation roadmap.
• Lead digital, infrastructure, systems integration and adoption projects.
• Manage stakeholders across IT, operations, manufacturing, planning, finance, commercial.
• Ensure transformation delivers measurable business outcomes.
• Drive change and adoption to improve operational efficiencies.
