Job summary

Citi is seeking a Digital Platforms Lead to shape Citi's core marketing platforms, including AEM, ensuring speed-to-market, brand consistency, and AI visibility across the digital presence. You will translate marketing priorities into clear technical requirements and own end-to-end platform delivery.

You will collaborate across marketing, content, design, and technology, defining success metrics, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or martech enabled platforms.
• Ability to translate marketing needs into platform requirements for technical teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise CMS (AEM) and SEO/AEO/GEO concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as marketing's voice for Citi's digital platforms and translate priorities into capability requirements.
• Own roadmap and prioritization for AEM replatforming and other core platforms.
• Define visibility standards for SEO, AEO, and GEO to improve discoverability.
