As the digital marketing subject matter expert within the business, you will lead our approach to paid media, SEO, AEO and digital performance, identifying new opportunities for growth and providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. You will also oversee the ongoing optimisation of the Calor Ireland website, improving organic search visibility, customer journeys and conversion performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.

You will lead the digital marketing team, manage agency relationships and digital marketing budgets, and ensure all activities deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives.

Functions of the role/Main Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with Strategic Marketing Manager and Domestic Sales Manager to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion and business growth across key customer segments.

  • Measure, analyse and report on digital marketing campaign performance against agreed KPIs, ROI and business objectives, conducting post-campaign analysis and implementing improvements to maximise effectiveness.
  • Lead, coach and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring clear objectives, regular feedback and strong accountability, providing direction, support and development to ensure effective delivery of digital marketing objectives.
  • Manage and optimise website performance, customer journeys, landing pages and conversion funnels to improve user experience and maximise lead conversion, using analytics and A/B testing to inform continuous improvement.
  • Develop and optimise digital content across key channels, including corporate websites, social media, paid advertising and partner platforms, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and segment objectives.

  • To deliver excellence in customer experience (CX) by embodying Calor’s values and upholding the standards of accountability, seamless service, and curiosity.
  • Ensure that health and safety of yourself, your team and your colleagues is a priority in everything that you do - log Health and Safety conversations, as appropriate focusing on either an ‘unsafe condition’ where we see something that could cause injury to a person or an ‘unsafe act’ which is something that someone does that can lead to injury.
