Job summary

St. Michael’s House seeks a CREATE 3 Project Lead to enhance digital inclusion for people with disabilities. You will build on digital supports, work across departments, and collaborate with a partner service provider to advance accessible technologies and resources.

The role requires senior involvement in workshops, PREMs development, and education on digital tools. A 35-hour week with a Grade VI public sector salary applies.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in the disability sector.
• Experience in training or coaching people with intellectual disabilities.
• Demonstrated advocacy for people with disabilities and experience in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and deliver workshops for people with intellectual disabilities.
• Lead a quality improvement initiative for PREMs pathways.
• Support development of digital and assistive technologies for daily living.

Degree in Social Care / RNID (relevant qualification)
