Job summary

The Digital Service Specialist at Hollybank Trustees Ltd will provide Level 2 IT application support, governance, configuration and training across the Meditech EHR system. You will act as a bridge between users and project teams to drive software adoption, optimize workflows and ensure system performance to support high-quality patient care.

Digital Service Specialist

There are two contacts available

• Full time, permanent contract
• Full time, 6 month fixed term contract

Purpose of the Role

The Digital Service Specialist provides Level 2 IT application support, governance, configuration, and training across the Mater Private Network Health System, with a primary focus on the Meditech Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Acting as a bridge between users and project teams, the role drives software adoption, optimizes workflows, and ensures system performance to support high-quality patient care.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 1 year plus of successful experience in an IT / Data / Systems department in a business of sufficient scale and complexity desirable.
• Successful experience in delivering performance improvement initiatives
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong project management skills with a record of developing and strengthening systems and processes
