Job summary

John Paul Construction is seeking a Digital Systems Manager to lead the Digital Systems Team and drive governance, configuration and adoption of digital platforms across the business. The role ensures alignment with corporate standards and supports project delivery.

You will oversee project mobilisation, platform governance, user training and continuous improvement initiatives to maximise value and user engagement while maintaining strong governance and consistency.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience with digital construction platforms.
• Proven governance, standards, processes and reporting implementation.
• Experience with Common Data Environments and platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Systems Team to ensure governance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee configuration, administration and development of digital platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships, user support, training and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to align digital systems with project requirements.
