Job summary

MCS Group is partnering with a growing engineering and project-delivery organisation to appoint a Digital Transformation & Automation Manager in Dundalk. You will shape the organisation's digital transformation roadmap, advise senior leadership on technology investments and lead major business systems and automation initiatives from concept to adoption.

You will build the Business Systems & Automation capability, manage budgets and teams, drive Power Platform, Copilot, AI adoption, and translate

Qualifications

Significant experience leading digital transformation and automation initiatives.
Strong track record building business cases for technology investments at director level.
End-to-end project/program delivery experience with budgets, resources and risks.
Direct people-management and team-development experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a company-wide digital transformation roadmap.
Assess existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare business cases covering costs, benefits, risks and value.
Present technology recommendations to senior leadership and drive adoption.
Lead business systems, automation and transformation projects from concept through delivery.
Drive use of Power Platform, Copilot, AI and low-code technologies; governance and change management.
