Job summary

Walls Construction seeks a DPD Lead to drive Digital Project Delivery across major Irish construction projects. You will lead BIM Coordinators and work with project and pre-construction teams to implement digital strategies and ensure delivery to programme.

You will champion ISO 19650, review procedures, mentor teams, and promote new technologies to improve project outcomes while ensuring client and industry standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BIM, Digital Construction, or Digital Project Delivery roles.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects and digital delivery requirements.
• Strong leadership and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support BIM Coordinators and BIM Technicians to meet programmes and standards.
• Provide regular updates to the DPD Manager on project status, risks, and resources.
• Review and implement DPD procedures, standards and best practices across the business.
• Support Pre-Construction by reviewing tender documentation and digital delivery requirements.
