Job summary

John Paul Construction seeks a Construction Platform Team Manager to lead the Digital Systems Team, governance, and platform adoption across the business. You will drive training, reporting, vendor management and continual improvement to support project delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, governance experience and a background in digital construction platforms, BIM/VDC, and ISO 19650 principles, with a focus on ongoing digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, Information Management, VDC/BIM or related discipline.
• Significant experience in digital construction, information management, BIM/VDC, construction technology or related fields.
• Experience managing Common Data Environments and digital construction platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Digital Systems Team with clear accountability and continuous improvement.
• Govern platform standards, processes and reporting for digital construction platforms.
• Oversee configuration, administration and development of digital platforms; manage vendor relationships and user training.
• Collaborate with project teams and other stakeholders to ensure digital systems meet project requirements and governance.
